Discovery Island serves as the centerpoint of Animal Kingdom. Connecting Pandora, Africa, and Asia, this area is the home of the Tree of Life icon and several trails and exhibits.

Tree of Life and Discovery island trails

Serving as Animal Kingdom's symbol, the Tree of Life stands 145 feet tall, and has over 300 animals carved into the tree. Zootopia: Better Zootgether! is in theater at the base of the Tree of Life.
